Moving on from women in the 1950's and looking further into their lives in the era, I have looked at Sexist Women Propaganda.

After finding this quote on the internet I feel women were brain washed to think the kitchen were were the were ment to be! after having a taste of life out of the home during the war, it was hard to go back.
Its rather worrying and scary how much women were told by Propaganda to do what men thought they were expected to do! This image shows how they were even passing the message onto daughters as well.
